This year has been a milestone for the JA Company Program, which was founded in 1919 to empower high school students with entrepreneurial skills. JA Miami runs the largest JA Company Program in the nation and recently celebrated a successful first in-person local competition. We are proud to serve 1,507 students in Miami with the support of 49 dedicated volunteers across 53 student companies.
We are immensely proud of all our student entrepreneurs and grateful for their hard work and creativity. A special thank you to WaWa and Chick-Fil-A for catering the local competition and supporting our young innovators.
Let's celebrate these remarkable achievements and look forward to the continued success of our students. For more updates and to follow the journey of these incredible teen startups, visit JA Student Summit on Facebook.
